This project significantly upgraded and expanded the previously aged and undersized student services complex on campus. This vibrant facility is now identified as a central destination for the student body. The completed student center features multiple food service venues, a 900-seat theater, exhibition rooms, meeting areas, student bookstore, lounges, game rooms and offices spaces. To enhance connectivity with the campus, the lighted tower will receive a future pedestrian bridge crossing the railroad track that bisects the main campus.

Infrastructure design by Stanford White included expansion and connection to campus utilities (chilled water, steam, primary electrical), as well as building mechanical and electrical systems such as fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, power, lighting, security, access control, fire alarm and telecommunications.
