Campus Master Plan
Appalachian State University

  • Project Complete

Stanford White paired with Duda/Paine Architects to create a guide for the development of Appalachian State University’s 1,400-acre campus over the next 20 years. The broad framework of Master Plan 2025 ensures it remains a living document that evolves and progresses as the school expands. Over 40 specific projects with suggested timelines are offered in the plan, including new buildings, road upgrades, and open space enhancements. The design standards and guidelines provide criteria for architecture, streets, and utilities, and help create a unified campus that adheres to the overall campus vision.
