Who We Are

Stanford White is a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm.  We design complex facilities for higher education, government, healthcare, and science clients.  Our staff level of 28 (12 professional engineers), coupled with our excellent reputation for quality engineering provides us the opportunity to compete for large, interesting projects.

We have one office in Raleigh, NC.  Our projects are typically located within a 3-4 hour radius.  This allows us to develop very personal relationships with our clients.  If travel is involved in the job, it is almost always a day trip.  Our Raleigh location means we are minutes away from many of our higher education, healthcare and government agency clients.

At Stanford White, professional growth is important.  We are a fairly small group, dedicated to helping each other learn.  You will have access to and be mentored by professional engineers and the firm’s owners, who are just a few doors down and often working on the same projects you are.

When we speak with you, we will likely want to know about your long-term growth plans.  Stanford White believes in the importance of using professional engineers to design our complex projects.  To this end, we will encourage you to sit for your PE license exam as soon as possible, if you haven’t already received it.  Additionally, we are actively seeking individuals who are interested in growing with our firm though our Associate program.
