Additions and renovations totaling 35,000 SF to this campus theater facility. This 1,200 seat, fully functioning theater now features enhanced seating, accessibility improvements, additional toilet facilities, expanded lobby space, new stage, new back stage area, expanded control booths, new elevator and new stair-towers.

A new plumbing system was installed throughout to support the 7 new group toilets.  A new fire sprinkler protection system was also installed.  A completely new HVAC system was designed to accommodate the greatly varying load characteristics of a theater.  Particular attention was also given to sound attenuation of mechanical equipment.  In total, an extensive network of new air handling units, ductwork, piping, DDC controls, boiler and chiller were designed to fit within the confines of this performance facility.  Electrical design included new state-of-the-art performance sound and lighting systems.  All building electrical systems were also replaced with new power, lighting, emergency generator, telecommunications and fire alarm systems.  Portions of the campus primary power infrastructure were relocated and extended to accommodate the new building footprint.  Utility changeovers were designed for minimal campus disruption, particularly with regards to the Sprint telecommunications switch room in the basement of Seabrook.
