Remote to the main campus, this new teaching facility is adjacent to Wake Medical Center and was the first WTCC facility constructed on the Health Sciences campus.  The facility houses health education programs, which include a dental facility with 26 operatories, EMS labs, nursing labs, classrooms, general laboratories, assembly rooms and administrative offices.

Plumbing design includes over 200 fixture connections, many for the grid of dental lab training chairs.  HVAC design includes 2 boilers, 2 chillers, 5 air handling units, 79 VAV terminals and a DDC control system.  Electrical design includes a 1600 amp switchboard, 25 panels, teledata infrastructure, rescue phone system, master clock system and a fully addressable fire alarm system.
